David presents a highly entertaining program that delights and educates.
We call it EDU-TAINMENT!This world renown artist and musician is well versed in standards based arts education. David has worked with the California Department of Education and Black Oak Mine Unified School District as a member of the Model Arts Program Network, the California Arts Assessment Network and has developed teacher curriculum guides and conducted teacher professional development in arts education with the Sierra North Arts Project and The California Arts Project.
David typically presents two assemblies, concerts or classroom presentations per school site for a fee of $400. Small Schools local to David’s home may request a single presentation for $250. Schools that are more than 50 miles from the towns of Placerville and Auburn in Northern California may additionally be charged travel expenses. Schools in the Reno, Nevada area may hire David through the Pioneer Center Youth Program.
Discounts are available for multi-program presentations and prices are sometimes negotiable. It is often most cost effective to hire David for a full day multi-program presentation. Districts that book multiple schools on successive days can negotiate for even larger discounts and avoid travel expenses.
